We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Climbers / Arborists. KPS works with commercial, council and residential customers; work ranges from small pruning jobs to large scale tree removal projects. This position is suitable for someone who has a wealth of experience in Arboriculture, looking to step up, lead a team and make a difference.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team. The successful candidate must be able to always display professional and friendly attitude and be a team player.

You must have a full UK driving licence and ideally a CSCS card.

Key Responsibilities:

• All aspects of general arborist works
• Liaising with tree officers / general public/ customers
• Liaising with the KPS workshop regarding equipment / vehicle maintenance
• Keeping your vehicle and all tools clean and well maintained
• Wearing KPS PPE at all times whilst working/on site and in the yard
• To work as part of a team, ensure good team spirit with an enthusiastic approach.

Required Skills:

• At least 3 years’ experience climbing
• Ability to identify Risks and Hazards
• NPTC Certificates – desirable CS30, CS31, CS36, CS38, CS39

This is a full-time and permanent position, 40 or 45 hours per week, Mon – Fri .
